Northeastern United States Information
The Northeastern United States is a region of the United States as defined by the United States Census Bureau.[1]
Composition
The region comprises nine states: the New England states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont; and the Mid-Atlantic states of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.[2] The Census Bureau regions are "widely used...for data collection and analysis."[3][4][5] Not all definitions of the Northeastern United States, however, are the same as the Census Bureau's.[6][7]
Demography
New York, the most populated city of the United States Philadelphia, the second most populated city in the Northeast and the fifth most populated city in the United States Boston, the most populated city in New England and the third most populated in the NortheastThe region accounts for approximately 25% of U.S. gross domestic product as of 2007.[8] As of the 2010 Census, the population of the region totaled 55,317,240. [9]

Q. Think about it they went to Yale University but Bush 41 has his library in Texas, they are all from the Northeast except for Laura. They have houses in Maine. Did they end up in Texas because noone knew much about them down here and Texas is a big state which carries lots of votes?
